The Pieterpad (Peter path) is a long-distance walking path that runs 485 km for almost the entire length of the Netherlands from Pieterburen near the North Sea to St. Pietersberg near Maastricht. This is my record of my walk along the northern half, some 200 km, from Groningen to Zutphen, that I made in September of 2013.

The only guide book to the path is in Dutch, so I pulled a Google map that approximated the route, and walked something close to that (the purple on the map) - not close enough to satisfy anyone who is picky about such things, but close enough that I could use the waymarks (a rectangle half white and half red) for most of the way.
